Author Guidelines

Manuscripts are accepted through the journal website or by email to the editorial office.

Requirements

  • The manuscript must not have been published elsewhere or be under consideration by another journal.
  • Text originality must be at least 70 per cent; manuscripts below this threshold are not sent for review.
  • The manuscript must fall within the journal's subject areas.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data, calculations and conclusions presented.

Responding to reviews

Authors revise their manuscript in response to reviewer comments within ten days. If no response is received within that period, the manuscript is withdrawn from consideration.

Authorship

The composition and order of co-authors are determined by the authors themselves; the editorial office does not intervene.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • Text originality is at least 70 per cent.
  • The submission falls within one of the journal's subject areas.
  • The manuscript follows the journal's formatting requirements.
  • The reference list is complete and matches the in-text citations.
  • The composition and order of co-authors have been agreed by all authors.
  • Any competing interests have been disclosed.
